These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rbazzi ("rbazzi", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the rbazzi website located at https://rbazzi.vip, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and any related mobile applications or APK distributions (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

rbazzi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

The official language of these Terms, and of all communications between rbazzi and its players, is English. In the event that any translation of these Terms is made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the rbazzi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both available via the footer links on this page), constitute the entire agreement between you and rbazzi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

Access to and use of the rbazzi Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. rbazzi enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rbazzi or had your account permanently closed for Terms violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of rbazzi, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

2.1 Age Verification Process

rbazzi verifies player age at two stages: during account registration (by requiring a date of birth declaration) and at the time of the player's first withdrawal request (by requiring submission of a government-issued identity document such as a National ID card or valid passport). Accounts that cannot be age-verified will be suspended and any pending withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 after account creation will have their account permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned in full. No winnings accrued during the period of underage access will be paid out under any circumstances.

2.2 Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a minor in your household has accessed or is accessing rbazzi, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. rbazzi will investigate the matter within 24 hours and take appropriate action. We recommend that parents and guardians use third-party parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared or family devices.

To access the full range of rbazzi services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one active rbazzi account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using proxy or VPN services to disguise your location — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, rbazzi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding bets or bonus balances across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rbazzi will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbazzi immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. rbazzi will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account pending a security review.

3.4 KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirements

rbazzi is committed to maintaining a safe and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: National ID card, passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days may result in account suspension. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

rbazzi supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. Players are advised to check the Payments page within their account for the current list of active methods.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile money methods.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account verification level. Limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions for mobile money methods.
• rbazzi does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of request approval during normal operating hours.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the rbazzi account. rbazzi reserves the right to require proof of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• rbazzi reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. In such cases, processing time may be extended. Players will be notified via email if a withdrawal is subject to additional review.
• In the event that a deposit is made and a withdrawal is requested before any wagering activity has taken place, rbazzi may apply an administrative processing fee to cover payment provider costs.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on rbazzi are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Game odds, bonus amounts, deposit limits, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed in BDT. rbazzi does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

rbazzi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the rbazzi welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirement are published on the Promotions page and are subject to change. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus before or during their first deposit — bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to deposits already processed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in eligible bets must be placed before the bonus is converted to withdrawable funds.

• Bets placed with real money funds satisfy wagering requirements before bets placed with bonus funds.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, specific table game variants) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified on the individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the account balance without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rbazzi operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, exploiting technical errors or misconfigured odds to extract value from promotions, and any other strategy deemed by rbazzi to constitute unfair exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and any bonus-derived balances forfeited.

5.4 Free Spins and Game-Specific Promotions

Free spins awarded as part of promotions are valid only on the specific game or games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Free spins expire if not used within the validity period.

By using the rbazzi Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling and sports betting. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or use of the Platform for any commercial business purpose is strictly prohibited.
• You will not use any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated system to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal human interaction. Use of such tools is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• You will not attempt to exploit any bug, error, or misconfiguration on the Platform. If you discover a technical error that results in an incorrect balance, incorrect odds, or improper game behaviour, you are required to report it to support immediately. Any profits derived from knowingly exploiting a technical error will be voided.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organised fraud in connection with sports betting markets offered on rbazzi.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity. rbazzi monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and will report any suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities.
• You will not attempt to access another player's account, intercept another player's data, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure in any way.
• You will not make any defamatory, offensive, or misleading statements about rbazzi in public forums, social media, or any other channel.

6.1 Responsible Gambling Obligation

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that past results do not predict future outcomes. You agree to use rbazzi's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, take-a-break periods, and self-exclusion — if gambling begins to negatively affect your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships. All content on the rbazzi Platform — including but not limited to the rbazzi brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of rbazzi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.1 Limited Licence

rbazzi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; use any rbazzi brand assets for any purpose other than linking to the Platform from your own personal account; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or create derivative works based on any element of the Platform.

7.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the rbazzi Platform are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studio. rbazzi does not own the underlying game software and cannot be held responsible for any defect or error within a third-party game engine. Issues relating to specific game behaviour should be reported to rbazzi support, who will escalate to the relevant game provider where appropriate.

8.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your rbazzi account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds and any wagering requirements not yet completed will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by rbazzi

rbazzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering
• A player being found to be under 18 years of age
• A player being found to have a self-exclusion in place (whether on rbazzi or via a third-party exclusion scheme)
• Any other conduct that rbazzi reasonably deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, rbazzi will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe and provide an opportunity to respond, unless doing so would prejudice a fraud or money-laundering investigation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. During self-exclusion, rbazzi will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to the excluded player.
